ACTIVE MARKETING

We are the only company in Hawaii that employs top licensed professionals to directly call our constantly groomed database of current buyers.

1. Direct marketing to prospective buyers
We will personally contact 25, 50, even 100 prospects every day searching for the right buyer. We make more prospecting calls than any other agent in Hawaii and our sales history is a testament to what it can achieve.

2. Direct marketing to the top buyer agents
Approximately 99% of all real estate transactions involve a real estate agent. We will personally call all our extensive network of top real estate professionals in order to see your property sold.

3. Direct Broadcast E-mail network
We have spent over twenty years developing a report with the top real estate agents and companies. Your property will be announced to all the top real estate companies through our exclusive E-mail network.

4. Direct mail marketing to prospective buyers
We market your property directly to targeted buyers from our exclusive local, national and international mailing lists.

5. Seller Help
Seller help may come in a variety of forms such as collecting the various documents, blueprints, warranties, survey and sketch maps in preparation for the buyer. Another help for the seller is to stage the property by cleaning, painting, fixing and thinning out the house to make the property look its best.

INSTITUTIONAL ADVERTISING

We use these Institutional Marketing strategies just like our competitors, but we are the only company in Hawaii that also uses Active Marketing.

1. Multiple Listing Service.
Your property will be listed in the computerized multiple listing service (MLS) where it can be accessed by thousands of real estate agents and real estate companies in Hawaii.

2. Online Marketing and Promotion
We will use a number of different internet websites to market your property and get in touch with prospective buyers. These websites give potential buyers from all over the world the ability to see multiple pictures of your property, information about your neighborhood and schools.

3. Professional sign and lock box
A “For Sale” sign will be placed in the front yard of your property. If you are selling a condominium, a small sign will be placed in the announcement window in the lobby. Lock boxes keep the keys in one place and allow multiple showings. No pick up or drop-off of keys, no traffic to get caught in, etc. Lock boxes placed on your home will insure easy showing and helps prevent agent cancellations. We will confirm all showings with you or your tenant.

4. Print Media
Our print advertising can be found in the Honolulu Advertiser, the Honolulu Star Bulletin, the Homes & Land of Honolulu & Oahu, and many other traditional and ethnic newspapers and magazines.

5. Open Houses and Broker’s Opens and Caravans
Open Houses are used in the real estate industry to meet new clients, not to sell property. Open houses can be abused by nosy neighbors to get new decorating tips or to satisfy their curiosity. We do not use open houses as a selling tool. Your property will be shown only to pre qualified buyers.

She also efficiently handles scheduling of showings, placement of lock boxes with keys.

Loan Officer - George Beavin with First Hawaiian Mortgage will obtain a credit report and review buyer qualifications in just minutes, prior to any offers being made. This insures that we work with legitimate and qualified buyers only.

Escrow Coordinator - We have escrow coordinators at all the major title companies in town including Fidelity National Title, Title Guaranty and Old Republic Title and Escrow, just to name a few. Because we give them a large volume of business they provide us with extra services which we pass on to you.

Buyer’s Agents - David Hite, Paul Goldkorn, Samantha DeCorte, Geraldine Supapo, David Chiou, and Stacy Solberg work exclusively with the numerous buyer inquiries received daily, building a clientele base. They also show properties to pre-qualified buyers. Benjy Gilholm specializes in the North Shore areas and Yoshiko Koike works with Japanese speaking buyers.

IT Specialist - Chris Kuhn oversees data management with the creation of proprietary software designed to streamline every aspect of our business. He helps us keep on top of the market with constant database and networking support.

Marketing Manager - Lani Sherry handles marketing and various public relations duties in addition to providing information technology support to the rest of the staff, optimizing and streamlining interoffice communication.
